The health care required in the community

Abstract
|

|
These days as health care service has been transformed from plane form to cubic form, from medical treatment to medical prevention, and from private duties to public duties, the comprehensive nursing . re which is comprehensive and many-sided has been required.
According to these requirement it is necessary to consist of the health care teams as many as th-y are needed with cooperation among themselves.
Also the team members should talk to each other freely and cooperate among the members of tea
Especially health practitioner must show her excellent ability in leadership and a varity of activities as the leader of health care team and provide for continual care in order to keep individual health, includ´ g the promotion and recovery of it.
The effective application of a team-work is required to perform primary health care effectively includi the following items.
1. The health problems of every person should be settled under the systemic and realistic organizatio . 2. All services should be planned and cooperated within the problems and range of health correspondin;
with individual requirements, and then given the best solution to them.
3. The team members who are charged of the health problems of community are continuously taught how to solve the problems concerning the public offices and the plan of them.
4. The cooperation among team members is needed in order to reduce the difficult problems and keep the other difficult problems from producing.
5. The problems and plan of health should be discussed with them for a health consumer.
